Our catering menu features our signature 9" Houston-style po'boys, individually boxed meals, fresh salads, hearty sides, and shareable trays. • Classic Packs — Complete meals with po'boys, chips, and drinks.
• Plus & Premium Packs — Add fresh sides or fruit trays for balanced group dining.
• Signature, Executive & Corporate Packs — Built for large events, offering full meals, sides, fruit trays, and premium tray upgrades.
• Po'Boy Trays — 28, 56, or 100-piece trays with customizable flavor distribution.
• A La Carte Options — Salads, sides, and individual sandwiches for flexible planning.

Every catering order includes plates, utensils, napkins, and—when applicable—tongs, making setup effortless. We offer delivery throughout the Greater Houston area with clear and simple guidelines:

• 24-hour notice for all orders
• Minimum Order: $50
• Delivery Fees: Orders under $285, $6.99-$10.49 fee based on distance. Orders over $285, $30 flat fee. Online Orders delivered by DoorDash (Premium Dasher for orders above $285).
